Secret control "out of the bag"

Secret control was in Grand Valley (196 km).  First and last rider times spread over 3 hours: 11:24 to 14:39.   Battling the heat (26C), humidity (62%) and most notably a NW 26kph wind gusting to 35kph (as reported at nearby Orangeville).
